We’re passionate about the Appreciation Business and remain committed to the same standard of excellence and customer service that our family business was founded on.
Dave and Bev Borchardt first opened the doors to Broadway Awards in 1989 to serve the greater Minneapolis area. They handed the reins over to their daughter, Annette, in 2008. Now, Annette and her son Cody are the friendly team members who will work with you today!
Our core products remain the same as they did in 1989: awards and promotional products for businesses large and small, nonprofits, and community organizations, including service groups and law enforcement departments.
As always, the Broadway Awards team is committed to excellent, personal customer service that Dave and Bev built the company on. We truly value our longstanding relationships with our customers.
Above and beyond our awards expertise, we love helping our customers. Whether you’re a Fortune 500 company or a local fantasy sports league, we know you expect personal customer service, custom product design, communication through the ordering process, and speedy production turnaround and shipping. Our commitment to service is what keeps our loyal clients coming back year after year for their awards and promotional products. We’re thankful to be in business in the Twin Cities region from our showroom in Champlin!
We started off in Robbinsdale and now call Champlin our home!
Our new address:
9100 123rd Ave N Champlin, MN 55316
Our hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Our phone number: 763-533-0979
We are right off Hwy 169 and 120th Ave N. If you are familiar with the area, there is a McDonalds, then a car wash, and an old bank building after the car wash. Broadway Awards is in the bank building, across the street from Twin City Twisters!
Annette’s the second-generation owner of Broadway Awards. She’s worked at the shop from the beginning—when she had no experience and the Broadway Awards staff had a lot patience! She’s filed, answered phones, took orders, ordered parts, managed shipments, engraved plates, assembled awards, and waited on customers who came to the shop.
As a result, Annette knows her products like the back of her hand and loves the opportunity to find custom solutions for customers, from a 100-item order for end-of-year recognition to creative promotional products that will help you stand out from your competition. Spend a little time getting to know Annette, and you’ll learn there are two ways into her heart: rescue pugs and her grandchildren.
Cody is the third-generation to work at Broadway Awards. After helping in the shop during high school and college, he joined the team full-time in 2013. After spending a couple of years working directly with customers, Cody has moved into production, to learn that part of the business. His eye for detail has served him well designing, engraving, and sandblasting your awards. In addition to helping customers, Cody contributed elbow grease to the current shop location, where he spent a summer remodeling the building before we moved in. Visit the shop to see his handiwork!
Our other Annette works behind the scenes alongside Cody on production. Annette has been our production expert for more than 25 years. Her work and eye for detail are major reasons why we are fortunate to have so many returning customers.
